Research | Strategy
The beginning of a project can be very important to the success of the finished product. I start with research and analysis to formulate a strategy of where the project will focus on.
Next, I take the strategy to sketch the site structure and layout. The initial concepts begin to take shape which then helps the vision of client become real. This stage then helps set the tone for the rest of the project.
User Interface | Graphic Design
After the concepts are drawn out it really starts to look good when the color and details are added. I love this part because it brings the project to life.
From what is found from the planning stage I begin to design the user interface or print design that best meets the needs of the project. The graphic design and prototyping become the core of this phase.
Code | Website Build
After the design has been signed off then the fun starts! Taking the concepts and design I begin to layout the website and input into a Content Management System.
Finding a great designer that can also code is hard to come by but I specialize in both so that the client knows what they are going to get and that it meets expectations. Bringing out the site with standards-based development and usability is key.
Analysis | Maintain
Launching a new site or new marketing project should be maintained to make sure results are being met. A site that is always being added to is key to success.
I work with many different tools that monitor how the site is working to attract site visitors and potential customers. When you launch a great design you want to make sure it is working and meeting the initial strategy.
